Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Offered

Caprice Monique provides makeup artistry, esthetician services, and content creation services in the Inland Empire, California area. Services may include but are not limited to:

Makeup application for various occasions
Skincare treatments
Editorial makeup for photoshoots
User-generated content (UGC) creation

2. Booking and Appointments

All services must be booked in advance.
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit.
Late arrivals may result in shortened service time with full charges applied.

3. Payment

Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card, and mobile payment apps.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Health and Safety

Clients must disclose any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns prior to services.
Caprice Monique reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for health and safety reasons.
All tools and equipment are sanitized between clients according to industry standards.

5. Content Creation and Usage Rights

For UGC and editorial work, usage rights will be specified in a separate agreement.
Clients agree to allow Caprice Monique to use photos or videos of their makeup/skincare for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise specified.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Client satisfaction is a top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please communicate your concerns immediately so they can be addressed.
Refunds or touch-ups may be offered at the discretion of Caprice Monique.

7. Liability

Caprice Monique is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from services provided.
Clients use products and receive services at their own risk.
